Personal Training Packages

We take pride in offering the most affordable rates and convenient payment plans for personal training on the island. We will match or beat any written price, that is a guarantee! Our individual packages come in three, six, and nine week programs; with the option of working with a trainer three, four, or five times a week. We aim for faster results, in a shorter period of time! Check out our packages below.

 

Single Session

Includes initial fitness assessment measuring weight, body fat percentage, fitness testing, body measurements, flexibility, basic fitness and nutrition recommendations. Pay as you go, per session, with no commitment until you’re ready. Let one of our trainers take you through a customized exercise program made just for you. After one session you might find that personal training might be just what you were looking for!

Payment Plan: 1 payment of 60.00 per session.
Payment must be paid in full before start of session

Move Express! (3 week programs)
3 sessions per week- 5 installments of $90
4 sessions per week- 3 installments of $180
5 sessions per week- 3 installments of $200

*Program Expiration Date: Three weeks from your first scheduled session

6-Pack Attack! (6 week programs)
3 sessions per week- 5 installments of $180
4 sessions per week- 5 installments of $207
5 sessions per week- 5 installments of $232

*Program Expiration Date: Six weeks from your first scheduled session

FIT to FAB! (9 week programs)
3 sessions per week- 5 installments of $270
4 sessions per week- 5 installments of $306
5 sessions per week- 5 installments of $344

Group Personal Training Packages

It’s always more fun with a friend! Our Group Packages are for groups of two or more people. We offer five and ten session packages, at discounted group rates.

Single Session
-2 people- $90/ session
-3 people- $110/ session

*Payment Plan: Payment must be paid in full before start of session

5-Session Package
-2 people- $420
-3 people- $520

*Program Expiration Date: Eight weeks from your first scheduled session
*Payment Plan: Payment must be paid in full before start of session

10-Session Package
-2 people- $810 or 2 installments of $405
-3 people- $990 or 2 installments of $495

*Program Expiration Date: Nine weeks from your first scheduled session

If you should have any questions or comments about any one of our Personal Training packages above, feel free to contact us at anytime. Our training packages are by appointment only, please allow at least two weeks before your first scheduled session. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing to exercise in, along with a towel and a water bottle to keep you hydrated.
