2010 is now here.  Can you believe it?  I can remember when we were so excited to welcome  the millenium, and now its already 2010.  Time flies by so fast.  So NOW is the chance for you to change your life, change your lifestyle, and make an impact in the lives of those around you.

For me, personally, it will be a interesting year as I put myself in the shoes of you, our clients, and again train for my second triathlon this year, and complete the Great Aloha Run next month.  Milestones that for me, the "non-athletic" part of Team Move, will push me to better relate to all of you and the hard work that you all go through!

So what can you expect in 2010 from us?  More, more, more.  More classes, more WorkFIT locations, and more innovative ways to keep you fit and sane ... without taking any fun out of it.

We are looking forward to helping all of you in our Team Move family, to continue your MOVEment and for those of you not in our Team Move family, JOIN our MOVEment -- every little bit helps ... gives us more time in the long run with our family, friends, pets, and those near and dear to us.  Don't wait to join the MOVEment!
