Swim X: "Stroke Mechanics"

Description: Fun and innovative workouts for all ages, that focus on all aspects of swimming. It’s a group workout made for both the beginner and advanced swimmer in mind, with critique coaching, guiding you in endurance, form and technique, among many other things!
Fees: Team Move members-$30/month, Non-members $35/month
Recommended: You should be able to swim at least two lengths of the pool prior to enrolling in this class. Space is limited so call now to reserve a spot!
Hard CORE
Program Dates: Held every Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location: Central Oahu Regional Park (Waipio Gentry on Kamehameha Highway)
Description: Target that area that all of us want to get rid of. Whether its that beer belly, post-baby belly, or plain ole’ BELLY, get rid of that with this class that focuses entirely on your mid-section and areas which support it. Strengthen and stabilize your core and lower back, and the muscles we use for movements in everyday life-for picking things up, lifting, twisting, bending, etc. Improve your posture, stability, balance, strength, and overall flexibility.
Fees: Team Move members-$25, non members-$30
Equipment recommended: Padded mat and towel
The Lifeguard Workout
Program Dates: Held every Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m

Description: The perfect total body workout that increases stamina while improving your cardiovascular endurance. Lifeguards need their legs and upper body to rescue victims, so the entire body needs to stay in shape to get the job done. Have fun while toning, strengthening your legs, arms, and upper body. Get expert instruction on exercises to help build or improve your stamina, speed, endurance, swimming ability, and awareness of your surroundings in the ocean. Every workout will include components of swimming, running, calisthenics, stretching, and more. Class taught by a certified personal trainer, lifeguard instructor and water safety instructor.
**note: This class is not a lifeguard or CPR certification class.
Fees: Team Move members-$35, non members-$40
Equipment recommended: towel and goggles (Optional: Swim cap)
Private Swim Lessons
Team Move offers private swim lessons to all ages, young and old. Whether you're getting over your fear of the water, want to improve the technique of your stroke, or make your child's first time in the water fun and most memorable; our private swim lessons will give you that individualized attention that you need. We understand that not everyone is always comfortable around water, so our job is to make you feel at ease the next time you jump into a pool, or step out into the ocean. Our experienced and certified instructors will help you take that first plunge into success!
