Beach Boot Camp


Beach Boot Camp taught by Tony Richardson (see Be prepared for a class that will challenge you in ways that you never thought possible. Get your body out of the gym, and outdoors for a heart pumping workout! This class combines upper and lower body exercises with cardio drills; for a total body workout that never gets boring. Dumbbells, medicine balls, stretch bands, partner drills, sprints, etc. are utilized in this class.


Rush Hour (running class)


Rush Hour is a non-stop workout that will leave you literally breathless! Our motto for this class is "expect the unexpected". The locations of the workouts change, along with the exercises every class. The workout is a combination of running, jogging, power walking, skipping, sprinting, jumping, hopping, and just about anything else you can think of. Not only does Rush Hour consist of the cardio aspect to build your endurance and keep your heart rate up, but it also mixes in resistance training on benches, tables, walls, telephone poles, and just about anything that your imagination can think of! Rush Hour is a workout that you have to FEEL to BELIEVE. Great workout for runners or anyone looking for a challenge. We're definitely changing the way you do your runs forever!



Beach Yoga

 


What better place to do yoga, in Hawaii, than in the beautiful outdoors?  Our outdoor yoga class will utilize park and beach settings, for the truly all around yoga experience you need - for mind, body and soul.  Both men and women truly benefit for yoga, no matter which sport, or athletic regime you have, or don't have. Join us!




HardCORE


Just the thought of crunches, can bring a grimace to anyone’s face! HardCORE is NOT just for that six-pack that you see on super models. This class trains the core like it should be trained, working on every single part of the core from the abdominal and lower back, to exercises that work the muscles that stabilize your body to develop balance and coordination skills that you tend to use in every day life. Not only are the exercises challenging with a mixture of cardio, strength training, and core training; but it can also be fun! Each class is pumped with adrenaline to the sound of your favorite classic rock songs from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s, sure to get your blood pumping! So wipe that grimace off your face and give it a try!

We all have goals!  Sometimes, when it comes to getting in shape, we need that extra push to get us to reach those goals. Whether its training to finish your first marathon or triathlon, fitting into those jeans that you haven’t worn in years, getting lean and mean, impressing that certain someone, attending that special function (class reunion, wedding, etc.), being able to keep up with those crazy grandkids, filling out that t-shirt a little better, dropping that post-baby fat, lowering your blood pressure/cholesterol, or just feeling better about yourself again, we can help you attain your goals. If you’re looking for results, and a lot of motivation along the way … then you’ve come to the right place.  One of our certified personal trainers could be exactly what you’re looking for.


Private Swim lessons

 

Team Move offers private swim lessons to all ages, young and old. Whether you're getting over your fear of the water, want to improve the technique of your stroke, or make your child's first time in the water fun and the most memorable; our private swim lessons will give you that individualized attention that you need. We understand that not everyone is always comfortable around water, so our job is to make you feel at ease the next time you jump into a pool, or step out into the ocean. We believe swimming not only teaches a person confidence, but it is also a life long skill that one takes with them forever in life. Our experienced and certified instructors will help you take that first plunge into success!



WorkFIT & WorkFIT Yoga


We know that getting time out of work, to get in shape, when balancing kids, school, work and extracurricular activities, can be close to impossible. That is why we came up with a program called “WorkFIT.” Utilizing areas in and near your workplace, we use your lunch hour to train you, giving you the motivation and start you need to get fit, while not having to sacrifice precious “family” time after work to do so. We come to you, with gear in hand, and work with you on a program that will best suit your needs during your work week. You have that lunch break, why not make the most of it? This option is available to entire large groups of individuals, or smaller groups or individuals.




If you are a manager looking for a way to positively motivate your staff, this is a great way to give them the health and emotional benefits that exercise can provide. Our trainers will work with you to determine the best type of program (individual or group) or class (aerobic? Walk/run group? Workplace injury prevention/conditioning?) that is most suitable to your group of employees. From corporate offices, non-profits, schools, warehouses, hospitals, and yes even a dental office, we come to you so that you can be more productive of an employee.



Team Move’s classes are designed for individuals of all fitness levels, and you may ask the instructor to modify any exercises, at any time, that are too difficult for you.
Our personal trainers and group exercise instructors are experts at adjusting exercises to accomodate any physical ailment/condition.  Always consult with your physician prior to starting any physical fitness program.  We do have a waiting list for each class, until the class is full.

Our personal swim lessons and personal training sessions are by appointment only, please call us to schedule a date and time. All of our classes are held outdoors, and a class may be cancelled at anytime due to inclement/unexpected poor weather conditions. Classes may be made up at another time depending on Instructor's preference and availability. We do recommend bringing your own water to stay properly hydrated, as some classes can be strenuous to you, depending on your fitness level.
